Delamar Greenwich Hotel

Client: D’Amore Studio

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut

The Delamar Greenwich Hotel project involved MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) design work related to relocating the bathtub/shower connections and receptacles in select rooms. The scope included developing plumbing plans showing the relocated bathtub connections and an electrical power plan detailing the moved receptacles.

Key deliverables were plumbing layout drawings with general notes, details, and legends, as well as an electrical power plan with similar supporting documentation. The electrical work also considered the potential power requirements for a planned fridge addition, though a full load calculation was not performed.

This project required close coordination with the client to ensure the relocated services met their needs while minimizing disruption. The final design solutions enabled the hotel to efficiently execute the desired room modifications and upgrades, enhancing the guest experience at this luxury property.
