Prospect Heights

Prospect Heights are residential units as part of the HACA (Housing Authority of the City of Austin) redevelopment of Rosewood courts housing at Chicon and Rosewood Avenue. It is part of one big project with a single site development plan. The multifamily portion is currently under construction. The duplex portion will be the last stage. It consists of 6 "duplexes", but because the property is zoned MF4 they are "townhouses". . Habitat for Humanity will be building and acting as the developer for these units. Each unit has all it's own meters and address. They will be purchase units. . GDI Engineering is tasked to provide the EP design.

Bemis Family Denatal is a 1-story stick frame building, about 6,000 SF with most of the building dedicated as a Dentist office, and a small portion for lease to a tenant with the intention of the dentist office absorbing this space in the future. Because some of the systems will be in the ceiling with trusses, we need to carefully coordinate the ductwork, and other systems with the structural members. GDI Engineering is providing the MEP design.
