Police Academy was a 160 acre facility with offices, medical center facility, dormitories, dinning facilities, warehouses, power generation, water treatment and distribution, fuel storage and dispensers, etc. GDI Design was responsible for desinging the structure and MEP of the buildings. GDI Design also designed the infrastructure of the complex including Low Voltate, and Medium voltage. GDI Design also designed the sewer treatment plant of the facility. GDI Design also designed the water treatment and distribution system of the facility. GDI Design also designed the fuel storage and dispensing facilty for the academy.

GDI Engineering was tasked with the structural and MEP design of the City of Burnet Public Restrooms. There were special requirements for a public restroom such as the type of vanities, drinking fountains, plumbing fixtures, etc. which were required to be vandal resistant. Also, the location of HVAC unite were to be located so they are both tamper proof and at the same time the aesthetic was very important as the architect wanted the outside look match the City Hall.
