It is part of one big project with a single site development plan. The multifamily portion is currently under construction. The duplex portion will be the last stage. It consists of 6 "duplexes", but because the property is zoned MF4 they are "townhouses". . Habitat for Humanity will be building and acting as the developer for these units. Each unit has all it's own meters and address. They will be purchase units. . GDI Engineering is tasked to provide the EP design.
