CareOnes Daycare Cleburne Texas is converting an existing building into a daycare center. Main building is 5250 SF with and the side building is 1600 SF. GDI was tasked to complete the MEP design for the building with an emphasis on using as much of the existing systems with budget in mind. Project was completed on time and exceeded the expectation of the architect.

Unity Children's Home Daycare is a ~6,000 SF two-story building to house the Unity Children’s daycare. GDI is tasked to design the MEP and provide the construction documents in two weeks.

Polyglass Training Facility is the renovation of part of an existing manufacturing facility in Waco, Texas. GDI was tasked to design the MEP part of the project. The main challenge in this project was lack of as built plans and trying to use the existing RTUs to meet the zoning requirements of the new facility. Another challenge was the information on the exsiting electrical feed which was resolved in coordination with the architect, client, the electrical contractor in zoom calls and eventually with the power provider.
